Robbie, with a solid foundation in science and business from top universities, faced challenges early in his 14-year executive leadership journey. This drove him to co-found the EMS Leadership Academy. Recognizing a gap in leadership resources, he aimed to revolutionize EMS Leadership dialogues and their outcomes. Together with his co-founder, Lisa, their impact is global. They've interviewed 170+ industry leaders worldwide and pioneered leadership curriculum for the state of New York

With over 25 years of experience as an executive coach and trainer, Lisa is an award-winning trainer and best-selling author. Her lifelong passion for leadership and diverse experience working with executives across industries led her to co-found the EMS Leadership Academy. Alongside Robbie, they are on a mission to challenge deeply held beliefs, democratize leadership development, and prioritize the well-being of individuals within organizations - a crucial aspect that's often overlooked.

Realize
