Justin Reed, FACPE  🇺🇸

Justin Reed is an Assistant Chief for the Cy-Fair (TX) Fire Department. As the overall EMS director, he is responsible for all activities involving the 140 full-time paid staff members and 13 ambulances that respond to approximately 40,000 calls annually, covering a population of 640,000. Reed has over 15 years of progressively responsible experience delivering the highest quality of leadership, patient care, and customer service. Voted the 2021 40 Under 40 by the American Ambulance Association. 

Dr. I. David Daniels, PhD, CSD, VPS 🇺🇸

Dr. I. David Daniels is an occupational health and safety professional, thought leader, former public safety executive, and President/CEO of ID2 Solutions, LLC. Dr. Daniels serves as a member of the National Safety Council (NSC) Board of Directors and was a recipient of NSC’s highest award, the Distinguished Service to Safety Award. He is also chair of the National Association of Black Compliance and Risk Management Professionals Safety and Security Workgroup. Dr. Daniels served over 30 years in the fire/rescue service and was inducted into the National Fire Heritage Center’s Hall of Legacies, Legends, and Leaders Class of 2021.

Robbie MacCue

Robbie is the cofounder of the EMS Leadership Academy, host of the EMS Leadership Summit, and paramedic captain in Albany, NY where he serves in the Special Operations Division for ground rescue, flight, & tactical medicine. He performs international medical flights with North America's largest fixed wing Air Ambulance service.
