Leadership is not about being in charge,

It's about taking care of those in your charge.

- Simon Sinek

Is this you?

If you're a leader who...

  • Is committed to creating an organization where people thrive & flourish, rather than just surviving your scheduling woes...
  • If you're willing to invest in your own professional development and the development of others, rather than hoping to find the right people...
  • If you're open to a new framework for leadership, and tired of doing the same thing over and over expecting different results...

Hi,

I'm  Lisa.

I'm your co-host of the EMS Leadership Summit, and co-founder of the EMS Leadership Academy, providing leadership resources for EMS providers worldwide to address the difficulties they are facing on a daily basis and create magnetic, thriving, sustainable organizations. I've been a business and life coach for more than 25 years and specialize in causing breakthrough results by giving people access to a whole new level of power and performance.

Our academy has contributed to EMS1 magazine, helped develop curriculum for the New York State Department of Health, and recently launched a 3-day EMS Leadership LIVE training program.

Hi,

I'm  Robbie.

I'm the co-founder of the EMS Leadership Academy, and co-host of the EMS Leadership Summit - an annual virtual conference attended by over 10,000 people in 44 countries around the globe. I've served as the president of a non-profit EMS organization for 14 years. I am a paramedic Assistant Chief with a municipal EMS Department in New York. In 2018 I graduated with a master's degree from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management in their Cleveland Clinic healthcare leadership program. I'm excited to help you and your leadership team develop a bench of leaders who meet the needs of your people, where organizations can thrive, not just survive.

What others are saying

EMS Leadership LIVE was a tremendous personal and professional development experience offering incredibly valuable information on transformational leadership. This training has provided me with tools to be shared with my fellow leaders that will empower us to redefine our recruitment and retention goals by creating bold visions for our organization. Thank you Robbie and Lisa for the immersive lessons, fantastic coaching, insightful messages and friendship!

EMS Leadership Academy Live was a wonderful experience. It was very engaging and provided excellent networking opportunities. I learned how to improve both myself and my agency. There were so many poignant points for both experienced and novice leaders. I strongly believe this is valuable for every level of leadership.
